Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal Express and COD in select countries.
What are the delivery options?
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on all purchases above $90.
How secure is your site?
Your information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, you can only make changes to your order until you click “complete order". After you have placed the order, we won't be able to make changes to your order. However, even after the order is placed, you can cancel the order before our warehouse ships the item through this form.
Where is my order?
After your payment is verified, you will receive an email confirming your order. Our warehouse receives your order and dispatches it in 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Please note you might experience slight delays in order processing during holiday and peak periods.
How long does shipping normally take?
It takes between 2-4 business days to process each order. Once processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking reference number.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming its dispatch. Clicking ‘View Your Order' in the email will take you to the order tracking page. Here you can find tracking related information under "Other tracking" where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery.
Will I have to pay Taxes&Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Holborn Classic cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not offer any exchanges on shipped orders. However, we offer a 30-days refund policy. If you're not pleased with your item - send it back to us and we will refund your order amount in full. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
What if I received a faulty or wrong item?
